Click on the “My Network” icon in the top navigation bar of LinkedIn.

Under the “Invitations” section, click on “See all” to open the full list of pending connection requests.

Here, you will see both sent and received connection requests, along with options to accept or decline.

If you want to withdraw a request you sent, go to the “Sent” tab, find the request, and click “Withdraw.”

For incoming requests, you can click “Accept” to connect or “Ignore” to decline without notifying the sender.

Once a connection request is accepted, the person will appear in your list of LinkedIn connections.
