Open Google Forms – Go to Google Forms and open the form you want to share.

Click “Send” – Located in the top-right corner of the screen.

Choose a Sharing Method –

• Email – Enter recipient emails and add a message (optional).

• Link – Click the link icon, copy the URL, and share it.

• Embed – Click the embed icon, copy the HTML code, and insert it into a website.

Adjust Access Permissions (Optional) – Click the settings ⚙️ icon to enable or disable response collection and edit access.

Shorten the Link (Optional) – Click “Shorten URL” for a more compact link.

Enable Collaboration (Optional) – Click “Add Collaborators”, enter emails, and select edit permissions.

Share the Form – Click “Send” or distribute the link via social media, messaging apps, or a website.
