For Cloud Recordings (Zoom Pro or higher):

1. Go to Zoom Website – Open zoom.us and sign in to your account.

2. Click on “Recordings” – From the left-hand menu, go to “My Recordings” > “Cloud Recordings”.

3. Select the Recording – Find the meeting whose recording you want to download and click on the Topic.

4. View Recording Files – You’ll see video, audio, and chat files listed.

5. Click the Download Icon – Hit the download arrow next to the file(s) you want to save.

6. Save to Your Device – The recording will be saved to your Downloads folder (or wherever your browser saves files).

🖥️ For Local Recordings (Free plan users):

7. Open Zoom Desktop App – Go to the “Meetings” tab > “Recorded” section.

8. Click “Open” to Locate the File – Click “Open” next to your recorded meeting, and it will open the folder where the file is stored. From here, you can copy or move the file anywhere.
